RULES · DISTRICT RACE

Own the city in three moves at a time.

You do not need property-card experience. Watch the District counters, protect what matters, and remember: three Complete Districts win.

01

Win the city

Complete three different Districts before your rivals. Each District shows exactly how many Properties it needs.

02

Take your turn

Start with five cards. Draw two at the start of a normal turn, then play up to three cards. End with no more than seven in Hand.

03

Build Districts

Place a Property into its supported District. Flexible Assets can switch between their printed Districts for zero Plays during your turn. Rainbow Wilds fit any District.

04

Build your Bank

Money and action cards can be banked for their printed value. Banked actions stay money. Properties cannot be banked.

05

Attack with intent

Charge Rent, send an Invoice, steal a Property, swap assets, raid a Bank, take a random Hand card, or capture a Complete District.

06

Read the Shield

A Shield blocks an attack. The attacker may spend a Shield to restore it; the defender may block again. Shields alternate until the next player passes. District Dividend allows only one defensive Shield.

07

Pay what you own

Debts are paid from visible Bank cards and Properties—never the Hand. Choose the cards. There is no change, and an insolvent player pays everything available.

08

Upgrade a set

A Complete District can hold one Luxury Suite for +2M Rent and one Villa. A ready Villa automatically blocks the first Acquisition, Asset Swap, or Hostile Takeover aimed at that District.

MARKET RUSH · SKYLINE AUCTION

Bid from the Bank you actually built.

1 · ALERTA special Property or Flexible Asset appears at a safe point in the match.

2 · SECRET BIDChoose an exact total made from your Bank cards. 0M is a valid pass.

3 · REVEALHighest bid wins and is discarded. A tie opens one secret rebid; a second tie uses the rotating seat tiebreak.

In the full Roblox Market Rush mode, three or four Skyline Auctions are scheduled per match. The browser edition uses a lighter three-event rhythm. Solo bot matches have no turn timer.
